Since 1935. Lecker family is known for its organic, gluten free products widely used in a baking worldwide.

Agar Agar gelatin can be used to create a variety of gels, jellies, cream and cake. Made without preservatives and exclusively from herbal origin, one teaspoon replaces 6 gelatin sheets. Quantity is sufficient for 500g of fruit or 500ml of liquid.

Suggested use:

Mix desired quantity of powder in cold liquid and simmer on low heat for about 2 minutes to dissolve.Turn up the heat while stirring continuously. Remove from heat, let it cool and follow recipe instructions.

Agar agar does not gel until it cools to 40°C. Pure lemon juice does not gel!
