''Andante'' Mix Seed for Sprouts Energy & Detoxification - Organic 400g Geo

The seeds contained in this mixture are different from each other, although complementary: mungo beans (rich in minerals and vitamins), alfalfa (rich in enzymes) and radish (unique taste). They all need the same number of days to grow and at the end it gives you a homogeneous harvest and the ability to make colorful and tasteful meal!

Suggested use:

Soak in water overnight. The next morning arrange them on the appropriate surface like sprouter tray or sprouting jar allowing seed to increase their volume at least 4 times. Keep at room temperature and in good light conditions. Wet 2-3 times a day until complete germination occurs in 3-4 days. They can be consumed immediately or stored in the refrigerator for 1-2 weeks.
