Basil Seed for Sprouts - Organic 6g Geo

Medium-small leaves basil seed variety which comes in this bag i s characterized by deep green colour and very fragrant flavour. They contain an essential oil which gives it its characteristic aroma and has digestive stimulating properties. Sprouted seeds provide healthy and nutritious, energy dense meal often used for refining various dishes.

Suggested use:

Simply rinse and soak for 5 to 10 minutes and arrange them together with developed gelatinous mass on the appropriate surface depending on the desired sprouting method. Add water once daily until first sprouts occur, 2-3 times per day afterwards. Complete germination occurs in 10 days. Washed, they can be consumed immediately or stored in the refrigerator for a few days.
