Darjeeling black tea - a charismatic king of teas!
One of the highly prized teas gained its name by Darjeeling, a mystical town in India's West Bengal state, situated in the Himalayan foothills.
Climate conditions with plenty of sun, moisture and monsoon are responsible for its gentle and sophisticated aroma and mild taste resembling nutmeg. Its bright golden-yellow colour and unique flavour will instantly win you over.
This type of black tea is made from the Camellia sinensis plant. In the process of making black tea, leaves are dried and fermented, hence darker colour and more intense flavour in comparison with other lighter types of teas.
For proactive mornings or refreshments during the day, Darjeeling tea also serves as easy to digest coffee alternative.

Suggested use:
Add one teaspoon to a cup. Infuse with freshly boiled water (100°C) for 2 to 4 minutes and strain.
