Bread mix is made of six different organically cultivated grains without the use of any additives and GMOs. All minerals and bran components are retained in the flour making process. Apart from classic bread grains like wheat and rye, this bread mixture is supplemented by spelt, oats, barley and rice. One package content will provide 700g of fresh bread.
Mix package content with one bag of dry yeast or 20g of fresh yeast in 300ml of warm water until combined. Knead that mixture until you get a smooth dough (3-5 minutes). Cover with a cloth and let rise at a warm temperature for 30 minutes (oven 30°C), followed by another kneading and let rise again, but this time for 45 minutes at a warm temperature. Cut stripes diagonally on a bread surface and sprinkle with water. For an extra touch, cover with flakes, sesame or linseed. Oven bake for 10 minutes at 220°C, lower temperature to 200°C and bake for another 50 minutes (gas stove 4 and 3, ventilated oven 200°C i 180°C)
