Pour the bread mixture into a bowl and add 420 ml of yoghurt. Gently stir with a cooking spoon (do not use an electric mixer). Line the bread tray with greaseproof paper and pour the prepared mixture.
Bake for 45-50 minutes in a preheated oven at 200°C.
Store in a dry, dark and cool place.
