Since 1935. Lecker family is known for its organic, gluten free products widely used in a baking worldwide.

With completely naturally Lecker's organic cake glaze you can glaze fruit cakes and pies perfectly! Obtained from organic grape sugar and agar agar with added organic beetroot powder for a nice red colour.

A sachet is sufficient for 250 ml of water or fruit juice.

Suggested use:

Agar Agar only dissolves in hot water and only gels when it cools down to approx. 40°C. If the icing gels in the pot before application or during application - simply heat it up again.

Agar agar*, grape sugar*, beetroot powder*, cream of tartar (Potassium bitartrate)
