Suggested use:

Recommended daily intake is 5 grams (6 to 10 tablets). Take 3 to 5 tablets twice a day with juice or water. Ideally half an hour before a meal.

1 tablet= 500mg / 5 tablets= 2,5 grams

It is recommended to start with a smaller dosage than indicated.
