With the homemade mixture for preparing buckwheat casserole, you will make a wonderful, fragrant and tasty buckwheat casserole in no time!
The mixture for buckwheat casserole is a Croatian product of Andreja Petrović's family farm and contains quality ingredients of certified organic origin.
Make the most delicious traditional cake from the north of Croatia and delight your loved ones with a wonderful rhapsody of smells and tastes!
Ingredients:
Buckwheat flour 42,81%*, spelt flour 27,52%*, sugar 27,52%*, salt 1,53%, sodium bicarbonate 0,61%

Suggested use:
In a bowl, whisk the eggs, and add the cornbread mixture, milk, oil and cottage cheese. Mix everything together with an electric mixer for 2-3 minutes until you get a compact mixture that you pour into a greased baking pan (electric stove pan size 30x40 cm). Top the cake with cream.
Bake for 20-25 minutes in a preheated oven, 200°C.
