Suggested use:

Add 2,5 g (1/2 scoops) to 100 - 150 ml of water or juice.

On days when you are working out, drink two servings a day. One immediately after waking up, and the second after training. On non-workout days, drink one serving a day after waking up.

120 servings per container. 1 measuring scoop = 5g; 1 serving = 2,5g.

Ingredients:

Creatine monohydrate, acidity regulator - citric acid, aroma, taurine, sweeteners: sucralose, acesulfame K; pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6).

Warning:

May contain traces of lactose (from milk), soy, peanuts, nuts, sesame, gluten (from oats), crustaceans and fish.
