Dried Pumpkin Noodles - 100g Lovro Lenac Family Farm

Lovro Lenac family farm is located in Kostajnica, a small town in central Croatia. Family farm is known for cultivating pumpkins and chestnut and pumpkin products production.

Lenac family is cultivating pumpkins for their personal use for more than 100 years. More intense production began in 2011 when cultivating and production on the market became their core business.

Preparation is easy, cook in a same way as you would cook pasta. Combine with vegetables and mushrooms for more complex flavour. 

This pasta alternative product is also suitable for diabetics and coeliacs. 

Due to neutral flavour, taste of cooked product depends on the added spices and condiments. It is a flexible ingredient in the kitchen, and can be used in the same way as most pumpkins.

Suggested use:

Dried pumpkin noodles can be as well eaten raw. To rehydrate, soak in warm water for 30 minutes up to an hour. Drain excess water and use.
