Algamar dulse algae were obtained by careful cultivation in organic conditions, after which the algae were carefully harvested and dried at a low temperature to preserve the nutritional profile of the raw material.

The crunchy texture, with a delicious aroma slightly reminiscent of the taste of sea crabs, goes well with cold and hot dishes, so you can add them to salads, stews, couscous, pasta soup or rice.

Suggested use:

50g is sufficient for 10 portions. If needed, remove the shell remains. Raw: cut into smaller pieces, soak for a minute and add to salads. Cooked: blanch and add to vegetable dishes, porridge, noodles, couscous or polenta dishes.
