Obtained from the traditional local Istrian Bjelica variety (70%) mixed with Leccino and Pendolino (30%) which are handpicked and cold-pressed the same day in order to retain all valuable aromas of this exquisite oil.

Its golden-green colour, aroma and flavour of fresh olives and grass pair exceptionally with fish, seafood and Istrian cold cuts.
