Eyebright tea is most commonly used for eye problems.
Ingredients:
Green eyebright plant (Euphrasia officinalis, herba)
Suggested use:
2 teaspoons of eyebright plant (2.5 g) pour 2 dcl of boiling water, leave covered for 15 minutes with occasional stirring and strain. Drink up to 3 times a day for 1 cup of tea.
Warning:
Keep out of reach of small children. The recommended daily doses should not be exceeded. A dietary supplement is not a substitute or replacement for a balanced diet.
Not recommended for pregnant and lactating women.
Storage instructions:
Store in a dry and dark place.
