Glucomannan - Weight Loss Drink 42x3g - Kräuterhaus

Glucomannan is a fiber of vegetable origin, soluble in water, consisting of indigestible carbohydrate chains root of the Asian Konjac (Amorphophallus konjac). Thanks to its powerful swelling properties - up to 50 times its own volume, Glucomannan creates a pleasant feeling of fullness in the stomach while at the same time providing a long lasting sense of satiety.

Packaging contains 42 sachets while each sachet contains 1,35g of glucomannan.

Suggeted use:

 3 x daily approx. 30 minutes before meals, stir one sachet into a glass of water and drink quickly, as the product is likely to gel already in the glass due to its high swelling properties. Drink another glass of water afterwards.
