Gluten free falafel mix is ​​a ground, mixed and packaged product ready to be used at home. Apart from the delicious taste, its versatility and popularity lie in the ease of preparation (it requires only water) and frying oil. The package is enough for around 16 falafel balls or 2-3 portions. 

Suggested use:

Empty package content into 250g of boiling water, stir and let sit for 15 minutes. Form falafel balls with damp hands and deep fry them. Serve in a bun or tortilla with yoghurt or harissa sauce.

Ingredients:

Chickpea meal*, chickpea flour*, sea salt, cumin*, parsley*, garlic*, coriander*, white pepper*

*organically cultivated
