Gluten is a combination of the natural proteins found in many grains and one of the main texture components of perfect bakes. Although it gives dough its elasticity and volume, gluten can be a source of health complications in gluten-sensitive people who have to look for an alternative.
To make bakery delicacies available to everyone, Nutrigold combines various gluten free components in this flour mix. An excellent choice for people sensitive to gluten, lactose and soy, as well as for vegans and vegetarians. It contains starchy rice flour, which, unlike ordinary flour, absorbs more water, meaning that when it thickens, the liquid will not separate from other ingredients. The addition of plant fibre psyllium, a prebiotic and a substance needed for the growth of a healthy colony of probiotics in the intestines, provides a positive impact on overall health.
Make traditional bread or preferred baked goods in a modern way with the help of an all-purpose Nutrigold gluten free flour mixture that can be used as a substitute for traditionally used wheat flour.

White bread recipe:
Combine 500g of gluten-free flour mix with 500ml of lukewarm water, 20g of fresh yeast, 12g of salt and 1 tablespoon of oil. Mix all ingredients well with a blender or knead the dough by hand. Coat the baking tin with oil and place the mixture in. Leave to rise in a warm place until doubled. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200°C for about 45 minutes. Coat the top of the dough with oil to get the most attractive colour of the bread.
Store in a dry and cool place away from direct sunlight.
