BLACK CUMIN OIL can certainly help in the fight against allergies since it has a beneficial effect on autoimmune diseases such as multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis and psoriasis, asthma, allergies.
Allergy treatment is best started a few months before the pollination period (which begins in March or April) so that the body can prepare for the season of high concentrations of pollen in the air. If it starts later than that, allergy can still be stopped. Take black cumin oil three times a day after meals, 30-40 drops. You can put drops of this magic oil in smoothies. Keep in mind that for allergies, treatment should last until the end of autumn.
