Ingredients:
Hibiscus flower (Hibiscus sabdariffa)
Suggested use:
Pour 1 tablespoon of hibiscus tea with 2-3 dcl of boiling water, leave covered for 5-10 minutes, stir occasionally and strain. Sweeten as desired.
