Homemade corn polenta is made by grinding corn into flour or cornmeal. It has a rich yellow colour and a neutral flavour. Polenta is a nutritious dish, naturally gluten free and extremely adaptable base for any number of dishes. Croatian organic product!
Suggested use:
Slowly add polenta into boiling water or milk. Whisk continuously until very thick, 2-3 minutes.
Polenta can carry many different flavours, and as such, offers endless options for variation.
