Iceland moss originates from Iceland and is nowadays spread throughout the world thanks to its medicinal effect on the respiratory tract. This moss is rich in active substances of a mucous structure that cover the damaged mucous membrane with a protective layer.

Suggested use:

Pour 2 dl of cold water over 1 teaspoon (1,5g) of Iceland moss tea, bring to a boil and steep covered for 5-10 minutes, then strain.
Drink 3-4 cups per day. We recommend unsweetened.
