Infant formula 1 from Holle is suitable for use from birth to 6 months old or if changing from breastfeeding. This powder is easily digestible and contains only naturally occurring sugars and milk of Demeter quality enriched with omega 3 unsaturated fatty acids. Ideal for feeding in a bottle, but also for preparing Holle whole grain porridge. After 6 months we recommend Infant Follow-on Formula 2 combined with organic Holle purees. This infant formula is made from 99% organically grown ingredients. The milk used in our formula comes from cows raised on biodynamic farms in caring and appropriate environments.

Suggested use:

1. Always sterilize the feeding bottle before use.
2. Boil the water as indicated in the table and allow it to cool to 50°C. Pour approx. half of the water into the bottle.
3. Fill the measuring spoon as indicated and add the quantity of milk powder indicated in the table to the water.
4. Shake well. Add the rest of the water and shake again. Before feeding allow to cool down to approximately 37°C.

Breastfeeding is the best way to provide infants with the nutrients they need for their healthy growth and development. It also plays an integral role in forming the deep attachment between mother and baby. A healthy and balanced diet during pregnancy and breastfeeding will benefit your milk production, as well as nursing your baby from the start and at regular intervals.

If you need to supplement your baby’s breast milk diet, please consult a healthcare professional (e.g. pediatrician, midwife, parents’ counselor, nutrition consultant). Using infant formula may have adverse effects on your milk production and on the breastfeeding process itself. If you decide not to breastfeed your baby at all, you might not be able to reverse this decision later.
