Nutrigold linseed oil is an organically sourced cold pressed oil. It undergoes a filtration process which makes this product different from other conventional oils. Rich in preserved nutrients with a wide range of healthy properties, linseed oil is well-recommended oil for everyday use. 

Linseed oil should not be used for cooking, as it does not have a high smoke point and can form harmful compounds when exposed to high heat.

This slightly bitter versatile oil can be used in place of other types of oils in salad dressings, dips and sauces, but it can also add valuable nutrients to smoothies and soup dishes. 

In addition to being used in food, this oil can be applied to the skin for enhancing skin health. It protects skin prone to cracking and alleviates newly formed scars. 

Suggested use:

Use fresh in salads, dressings, smoothies, soups or on fresh cheese.
Recommended daily intake of 1 to 3 tablespoons should not be exceeded.
Very effective for external use, when applied on the skin.
