100% milk thistle fruit* (Silybum marianum)
*from controlled organic agriculture

Ingredients in daily dose:

Take 1 teaspoon 2 times a day = 6g of milk thistle (Silybum marianum) which is equivalent to 135mg of silymarin.

1 level teaspoon = 3g of milk thistle (Silybum marianum).

Suggested use:

Pour one teaspoon with 4 dl of boiling water, cook 3 minutes and leave in a covered bowl for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally and strain.
