Millet flour is obtained by the traditional stone-ground method from whole grain hulled millet. Naturally gluten free, this easily digested flour with a mildly sweet flavour is perfect for both sweet and savoury baking.
Suggested use:
Use millet flour as you would all-purpose flour and enjoy a lightly sweet flavour and crumbly texture in your baked goods. Substitute for up to one-third of the all-purpose flour in your favourite recipes to decrease the gluten content and increase the nutritional value of the baked product.
