Nori algae are seaweeds that have been an essential ingredient in Asian cuisine since ancient times. The characteristic taste and somewhat crispy texture, along with an abundance of nutrients are some of the reasons for its increasing popularity.
Carefully dried after hand harvesting, Nori algae can be pressed into the sheets and used for sushi or crumbled into flakes that can be used as a topping that will spice up many dishes.
You can lightly fry them, add them to soy and sesame and use them as a salad dressing or to nutritionally enrich your dishes.
Suggested use:
100g of product is sufficient for 20 servings. Consume raw, pan-fried, cooked, steamed or oven baked.
