Nutrigold oat flakes are a 100% Croatian product of premium quality made from carefully cultivated oats. These natural and almost unprocessed whole grain flakes have been steamed and pressed with a roller to flatten them before drying.

They are quick, nutritious and filling food choices that can be consumed first thing in the morning for an energy boost. Nutritionally very similar to oat grains but provide a much quicker meal option.

The high fibre content will saturate you from early in the morning while preventing bloating and constipation. Likewise, high protein content and carbohydrates will provide you with the necessary energy needed to start the day.

At breakfast, a splash of Nutrigold oat flakes over yoghurt adds wonderful texture. You can also add oat flakes to granola, oatmeal, no-bake oatmeal, muffins, cookies, pancakes and bread. Suggested use:

Most often used in breakfast porridge, although possibilities are endless. You can prepare a variety of savoury and sweet dishes or combine them with other foods. They are often used as an addition to puddings, soups, muesli, fritters, cakes and cookies. Add them to cakes, and biscuits or mix them with a herbal drink and eat them plain. Their mild taste goes well with dried and fresh fruit.

May be used as a binding ingredient in cosmetic products.
