Bob's Red Mill blend contains all the ingredients needed to achieve optimal texture and flavour of the final product. Wheat flour and egg yolk create an irresistibly fluffy texture, and the full flavour is achieved by the addition of butter and low-fat milk. In addition, the mixture is enriched with vitamins to achieve a nutritional balance.

Ingredients:

Unbleached enriched flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid),  buttermilk powder* (buttermilk*, skimmed milk*), sugar, butter* powder (butter*, nonfat dry milk*, vitamin E), egg white powder, baking agent (monocalcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate, corn starch), baking soda, cream of tartar, salt, egg yolk powder
*from controlled organic agriculture

Suggested use:

Pancakes:

• 1 cup Bob's Red Mill pancake & waffle instant mix
• 2/3 cup water

Lightly heat the pancake pan. In a bowl, mix instant mixture and water until combined. Pour 1/4 cup of the resulting mixture into the pan. Bake in a pan until bubbly, then turn and bake for about 1-2 minutes. Serve immediately. Enough for 6 pancakes.

Waffles:

• 1^1/4 cup Bob's Red Mill pancake & waffle instant mix
• 2/3 cup cold water
• 2 tablespoon oil

Heat the pan on medium heat for at least 10 minutes. Mix the ingredients in a bowl. Follow the instructions for the waffle pan.
