We all know that panna cotta is an Italian dessert of sweetened cream thickened with gelatin and molded for a unique shaky texture and appearance. But did you know that now you can make the most delicious, silky and creamy panna cotta that is organic and gluten free?
Agava Karin Lang presents the perfect choice when you want to prepare a seductively delicious dessert that will delight even the greatest gourmets without much trouble.
For complete indulgence, feel free to enrich this panna cotta with your favourite syrup, vanilla essence or berries!

Ingredients:
Corn starch*, agar agar*, vanilla powder 0,5%*, sea salt
*from controlled organic agriculture
Suggested use:
Measure out 250ml of milk or preferred herbal drink and 250ml cream (or vegetable cream substitute). Mix 100ml of cold milk with panna cotta powder. Bring the rest of the milk and cream to a boil with 2 tablespoons of sugar. Remove the pot from the hob and stir in the mixed panna cotta powder. Bring to the boil again briefly, stirring constantly. Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and let cool. Garnish to your liking.
