COUSCOUS BURGERS

Burgeri od kus kusa - zdravi fast food

Required ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Bring the stock to a boil, then pour over the couscous and leave for 5 minutes.
  2. Fry the carrots and zucchini in a pan until it absorbs all the water from the zucchini. Blend the chickpeas and eggs.
  3. Mix everything together with the spices and shape into burgers.
  4. Bake them either in a pan or on the grill on each side until they turn brown.
  5. Serve with sauce or dip.

ADZUKI BEANS BURGERS

Required ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Put water and linseeds in a bowl and let it soak for 5-10 minutes.
  2. Cook soaked beans with a teaspoon of baking soda for 40 minutes.
  3. Drain well and blend them roughly with a hand blender.
  4. Add onion, carrot, parsley and spices, linseeds, egg and salad.
  5. Combine everything with a fork and chop a little more.
  6. Shape the fritters or burgers and roll them in crumbs, or optional chickpea flour.
  7. Fry on one or two tablespoons of coconut oil for 2-3 minutes on each side.

PEA FRITTERS

Required ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, mix cooked and drained chickpeas and peas, flour, garlic, cumin, tahini, parsley, lemon juice and zest, and spices.
  2. If you notice that the mixture is quite dry, feel free to add water.
  3. When the mixture is ready, shape the burgers with wet hands, sprinkle them with a little flour and let them sit aside for about 15 minutes.
  4. Melt 2 tablespoons of coconut oil in a pan and fry the burgers on each side for 2-3 minutes.
