With a BBQ season being under way, burgers, patties and meat cuts are often the first choice for many of us. We recommend trying vegetable fritters with a healthier version of high protein flour.
These courgette and corn fritters with almond flour are rich in fibre and protein which makes them nutritionally rich meal.
