Carob and apples. Are there better ingredients to announce the winter season and the arrival of the holidays?
We most often associate bundt cake with the holidays, but since we’ve already stepped thick in the autumn it would be good to try out how it works with classic seasonal foods like apples.
They will give the cake special juiciness, and the carob!? Mmmm ... carob will fill the whole kitchen with a smell and give the bundt cake a real sweet note. These days we really like the interesting carob, which with its sweet taste often replaces chocolate in various desserts.
