Do you know that healthy, delicious and fulfilling meals can be prepared without the use of a stove and oven? Many were surprised by the endless possibilities and creations. 

If you live on a raw diet or if you don't want to spend a lot of time on the cooking process itself, preparing this type of food can be quite demanding and challenging.

Therefore, we present to you a blender - a kitchen appliance that will become your dearest friend!

It’s not just sandwiches that are the finest dishes that don’t need to include a stove. There are a lot of (non)raw dishes that are ready in the blink of an eye and that change the perception of raw food as tasteless and boring. It’s probably not the first dish you’ll think of when it comes to dishes you don’t have to cook but in many countries, soup is a common part of the raw menu.

In addition to the recipe for an excellent, nutritionally very rich cold soup, we bring you two more surprises. One that fixes every day when served with pasta or bruschettas, and one dessert that you will surely get hooked on.

DELICIOUS BLENDED SOUP

Required ingredients:

  • 4 cucumbers (peeled and diced)
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 avocado
  • 1dl water
  • 2,5dl yoghurt
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 spring onions
  • Mint leaves
  • Himalayan salt
  • Pepper

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, mix the cucumbers, avocado, garlic, yoghurt, lemon juice and water until you get a creamy texture.
  2. Add sliced spring onions and a few shredded mint leaves and mix everything together once more in a blender.
  3. Season to taste, add more lemon juice and store in the refrigerator.

KALE PESTO

Required ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Dry the kale leaves and toast the nuts.
  2. Put kale, nuts, parmesan in a blender and add oil, garlic, lemon juice and spices.
  3. Mix until you get a homogeneous mixture, but if it is too dry, add more olive oil.

SWEET QUINOA AND COCONUT BALLS

Required ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix the quinoa flakes with the coconut flour, and in another bowl over low heat, heat the coconut oil, peanut butter, coconut sugar, rice milk, honey, and cocoa.
  2. When everything is melted, mix well and pour into a bowl with quinoa flakes and coconut flour and combine everything.
  3. Shape the balls with your hands and keep them in the fridge on baking paper so they don’t stick.
