Spelt bran is the surface layer of spelt grain which is produced as a byproduct of milling. Bran is less known than flakes, but equally, if not more nutritious. Organically cultivated Croatian product!
Suggested use:
Can be used in the preparation of various dishes. You can use them in the preparation of pancakes, buns, as an addition to salads and other cereals. You can also sprinkle spelt bran on smoothies, yoghurt and hot cereals.
