Spelt flour from organic farming is a real treasure trove of excellent nutrients. With the addition of sugar, salt and sodium bicarbonate in the optimal ratio, homemade delicious bread is guaranteed.
Prepare your delicious spelt bread without a lot of trouble and mess in just a few simple steps and enjoy the irresistible smell and aroma!
Ingredients:
Spelt flour 96,28%*, salt 1,86%, sugar 0,62%*, sodium bicarbonate 0,62%

Suggested use:
Pour the bread mixture into a bowl and add 420 ml of yoghurt (or 300 ml of milk and 120 ml of mineral water). Gently stir with a cooking spoon (do not use an electric mixer). Line the bread tray with greaseproof paper and pour the prepared mixture. Sprinkle pumpkin seeds on top of the dough.
Bake for 35-40 minutes in a preheated oven at 200°C.
