Suggested use:

Mostly used for spicing up and colouring all sorts of food.
Add just a pinch to enhance the flavour of smoothies, soups, baked goods and other recipes. Since turmeric has an intense flavour, one teaspoon added to various dishes is usually enough. It is recommended to add turmeric to dishes just before serving as heat can reduce its potency.
