Vegan Gelatin - Organic 18g Agava Karin Lang

With vegetable gelatin substitute, cake making was never easier. Since it is flavourless and does not change the taste of the food you add it to, the Agava Karin Lang herbal gelatin substitute is ideal for all desserts and cakes, even delicate ones.

While there are many creative ways to substitute gelatin in vegan food, there are some specific alternatives that work better than the rest. One of them is organic vegan gelatin by Agava Karin Lang!

Ingredients:

Agar agar*, arrowroot powder*, potassium tartrate (E336 (i))
*from controlled organic agriculture

Suggested use:

Stir vegan gelatin with 100ml liquid until smooth. Put 400ml of the liquid in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add the mixed liquid and simmer gently for 2 minutes while stirring. Then put in a cool place for 3 hours.
