While there are many creative ways to substitute gelatin in vegan food, there are some specific alternatives that work better than the rest. One of them is organic vegan gelatin by Agava Karin Lang!
Ingredients:
Agar agar*, arrowroot powder*, potassium tartrate (E336 (i))
*from controlled organic agriculture
Suggested use:
Stir vegan gelatin with 100ml liquid until smooth. Put 400ml of the liquid in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add the mixed liquid and simmer gently for 2 minutes while stirring. Then put in a cool place for 3 hours.
