Yuzu paste is a traditional Japanese paste prepared from chilli paste with a characteristic citrus note originating from Yuzu fruits that have gone through the fermentation process.

A key addition to many Japanese dishes, it is traditionally used in miso soup and blends well with the flavours of various pasta or rice dishes, basically for everything from marinating to dipping!
