Directions for use:
Measure the recommended daily dose (50 ml) with the provided plastic cup and drink. For best absorption, take Beauty Harmony Collagen on an empty stomach. Shake the bottle before each use. Depending on needs, the product can also be consumed in a 25 ml dose once a day. One bottle of collagen is enough for 10 – 20 days.
