Are your Chinese products genuinely organic and do they contain heavy metals?

As China has become the world's leading producer of dietary supplements, much of its organic production has moved over there. All our products are tested for heavy metals and meet both Croatian and European food safety standards.

Can I add items to my order?

If you haven’t received a notification that your parcel is dispatched, contact our user support by sending us an e-mail at info@healthyfoodfactory.eu or call +385 1 55 73 568 to get more information. Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes to your order once received.

Can I use a specific product If I suffer from a particular disease?

Always consult your doctor or a healthcare professional before taking any new food supplement.

Can discounts be combined?

Discount cannot be combined and used in conjunction with other ongoing offers. The system automatically calculates a higher discount.

Shipping & Delivery

Why am I charged for delivery if my order was over 300kn?

Free delivery refers to orders that are higher than 299kn after calculated discount and without delivery costs. Read more about delivery terms on our website.

Why am I charged for Zagreb delivery, if my order was over 100kn?

Free delivery is valid only for the following postcodes in Zagreb: 10000, 10010, 10020, 10040, 10090, 10110 under the condition that you choose "Company delivery vehicle" as a delivery method. For more delivery terms click here.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery costs 24kn. Any order over 299kn avails of free shipping in Croatia. Read more about shipping rates on our website.

Do you deliver to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia and Montenegro?

Please note that at the moment our dedicated courier doesn’t offer delivery outside the EU. Full details can be found here.

Do you deliver to the islands?

We most certainly do! There is a regular delivery to larger islands, delivery to smaller islands is done by the Croatian Post, which does not offer cash on delivery, meaning that orders must be paid in advance. Click here for more details.

How long does delivery take?

Once dispatched, our courier service aims to deliver your package within 2-3 business days. We try to deliver the vast majority of orders within 48 hours of the order, but during promotions, this can be extended to a maximum of 3 days.

What if my package is late?

If it has been more than 3 working days since your order, email us at info@healthyfoodfactory.eu or call us at +385 1 55 73 568 to address and resolve the problem.

Can I pick up my click & collect order today?

All webshop orders are processed in the same warehouse, consequently, the delivery time is the same as for orders with home delivery, 2-3 business days.

Why haven't the points from my order been added to my account?

There is a chance that you have placed an order as a guest. If you are still having issues just get in touch at info@healthyfoodfactory.eu or +385 1 55 73 568 and we can add these on for you.
