Antersdorfer is a small village in Lower Bavaria. There are 250 organic farmers in the vicinity supplying this company with grain. It can't be closer than that!

Only the best organic grains are being processed into first-class mill products.

When cooked, this Arborio rice absorbs a lot of liquid and gives off a high proportion of starch. It retains a firm core, which makes it very popular for creamy risotto varieties.

Ingredients:

100% Arborio rice from organic agriculture

Warning:

May contain traces of gluten, nuts, sesame and soy.

Suggested use:

Cook 150g of washed rice in 600ml of lightly salted water over low heat for about 25 minutes.

Storage instructions:

Store in a dry, cool and dark place.
