This mix is perfect for all pastry lovers, regardless of dietary restrictions. Bauck Mühle's formula is gluten-free and vegan-friendly, with all ingredients carefully selected and sourced from certified organic and biodynamic farming.

The mix contains a wealth of healthy seeds: sesame, pumpkin seeds, flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, as well as gluten-free rolled oats. Added are ground psyllium husks, which give your pastries the perfect texture. All of this is seasoned with stone salt to enhance the natural flavor of the ingredients.

Preparation is simple and quick. Just mix 350 g of the mix with 375 ml of lukewarm water, shape the dough into rolls, and bake—no need to worry about yeast or rising time. In just a few easy steps, and in about 35 minutes, your kitchen will be filled with the scent of freshly baked pastries.

We recommend always properly cooking the dough before consumption, as raw dough is not suitable for eating. Also, if you want to have some on hand for later, feel free to freeze the finished rolls.

Ingredients:

Whole grain gluten-free oats**, sesame**, pumpkin seeds**, ground psyllium husks*, ground flaxseeds**, flaxseeds**, sunflower seeds**, chia seeds* (Salvia hispanica), stone salt *from organic farming **Demeter (from biodynamic farming)

Note:

May contain traces of soy, nuts, mustard, and lupin. Gluten-free. Suitable for vegans.

Warning:

The dough mix is not intended to be eaten raw and should always be properly cooked.

Instructions:

  1. Mix 350 g of the mix with 375 ml of lukewarm water, form rolls, and bake. No yeast and no rising time required.
  2. Preheat the oven to 220°C (top and bottom heat).
  3. In a bowl, briefly mix the contents of the package with lukewarm water. Let the dough rest for 5 minutes.
  4. With wet hands, divide the dough into 8 equal parts, roll each into a ball, and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Flatten the dough pieces so that they are no thicker than 2 cm.
  5. Place the rolls (without rising) into the preheated oven on the middle rack. Bake for 35 minutes, then remove and place on a rack to cool.

Tip: Suitable for freezing.
