Grape seed flour is made from the seeds of grapes that have been used to make wine. The seeds are ground into a fine powder. The final product has a slightly nutty flavour profile. This flour can be used in many ways, even though it is best consumed ''raw'', in other words without any thermal treating.
Suggested use:
Recommended daily dose is up to 1-2 teaspoons in your tea, coffee, kefir, yoghurt or mixed with other flour in a 5-7% ratio.
