Black Peppercorns - Organic 50g Nutrigold

Nutrigold black peppercorns is an organic product harvested in Sri Lanka prepared for everyday use.

Make a homemade aromatic marinade for a succulent steak, spice up your soup or use it to pickle vegetables that you will proudly eat all year long.

If preferred or needed for a purpose of a recipe, peppercorns can be ground to desired texture or used straight from the jar.

In case if you have got carried away and went slightly over the edge, add a touch of milk or yoghurt to minimise the intensity of the flavour and keep cooking with a smile on!

Suggested use:

Use whole, cracked or ground to the desired size and add to taste to almost every dish.
Pepper loses its flavour when cooked for long periods of time, therefore add close to the end of cooking time.
