Bulgur Bio 400g Probios

Steamed, dried and smashed durum wheat called bulgur traces back to Babylon times. It should be cooked for 10 minutes in water. Bulgur is rich in fibre, an excellent source of vitamin B, and recommended for preparing traditional dishes, marinated in lemon and mint sauce, or served with raw vegetables in a fresh and very delicious meal.
