Spelt and cocoa met and sweetly combined. Spelt is the oldest and healthiest grain grown in Asia as far back as 5000 years ago, while cocoa beans were enjoyed by Indians in Central America more than 2000 years ago.

Spelt and cocoa are the spirits of this cookie, being the same as once upon a time: without artificial fertilizers, pesticides and herbicides, like the other plants used to make this organic product. It is unique because it is sugar-free, too.
