Suggested use:

It is recommended to take two tablets a day, best during a meal. Swallow tablet with enough liquid. 
The packaging contains 50 tablets of 950mg.

Ingredients:

Calcium carbonate, magnesium oxide, cellulose, binding agent: corn starch, zinc gluconate, thickening agent: dicalcium phosphate, anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide, magnesium gluconate, calcium gluconate, zinc citrate

One tablet contains:

• Calcium 360 mg - 45% RDA
• Magnesium 150 mg - 40% RDA
• Zinc 9mg - 90% RDA
