• minerals: calcium, potassium, phosphorus, iron, magnesium, sulfur, copper, zinc, selenium and germanium
• vitamins: vitamin A, C and vitamin B complex from which vitamin B-12 should be highlighted. There are only two plants in the entire plant world that contain vitamin B-12, and comfrey is one of them.
