Hand-picked seaweed salad is a blend of 3 different coloured seaweed that is dried at low temperatures and characterized by a crunchy texture that is full of fresh flavour. Required cooking time is up to 10 minutes and it can be served in various dishes, ranging from an appetizer to the main course or as an ingredient in preparing soups, stews, croquettes, pasta, rice, couscous...

Ingredients:

Sea algae (Ulva spp.)*, wakame algae (Undaria pinnatifida)*, nori algae (Porphyra spp)* in various proportions

This product may contain traces of crustaceans, fish and molluscs.
Do not exceed recommended weekly dose of 1g per person.
