Ingredients:

Wheat flour*, chicken egg 5%*, salt, acidity regulator: sodium bicarbonate, potassium carbonate
*from controlled organic agriculture

Warning:

May contain traces of rye, barley, spelt, Khorasan wheat, soy, milk and sesame.

Suggested use:

Add noodles to boiling water, turn off the heat and leave it in for about 4 minutes. Drain and add to your favourite sauce.
